Technical Support
Prior to submitting a technical support incident please review and confirm you have done the following:
1. Ensure you have updated ALL QuickCharts workstations to the latest version available online.
To do this start with main server and open QuickCharts, then go to Training/Help menu and click 'Check for Updates'.
2. Ensure and confirm you are still having your problem after installing the latest version.
3. Reboot your main system and workstation.
4. Ensure you are still having issue prior to submitting your incident.
If you are still having your problem, please submit an incident
ticket to our technical support.
